SCPM uses website data to respond to RFQs, protect the site, and understand which manufacturing pages are useful to buyers. We do not sell personal information.

Information You Send To Us

When you submit an RFQ, contact request, factory visit request, or file upload, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company/project notes, and attached drawings or documents. We use this information to review your request and reply to you.

Website Analytics Logs

We record first-party traffic logs for site security and website improvement. These logs may include visit time, IP address, browser user agent, referrer, pages visited, URL query string, and the order of pages viewed during a session.

We use these logs to understand buyer journeys, diagnose website issues, identify high-intent pages such as quote and contact pages, and reduce spam or automated traffic.

Data Retention

Raw traffic analytics logs are intended to be kept for up to 180 days unless a longer period is needed for security investigation or business records. RFQ and contact records may be retained as part of normal customer communication history.
